Mini-Fluidised Bed Combustion

Stewart Thermal Ltd in conjunction with Biomass Heating Solutions (Ireland) has designed and developed mini-fluidised bed combustor which is capable of thermally treating up to 1.5 tonnes per day of broiler poultry litter to produce heat for use on farm, thereby saving on the use of expensive gas or oil.

The combustor is fully controlled by Allen Bradly P.L.C technology requiring a minimum of intervention by the customer. 

STL are currently developing a larger unit designed to treat up to 5 tonnes/day of biomass.
