The state of the art production facility incorporates a CHP plant with excess power being exported to the grid.

Sharp Thermal Limited, an associate company, completed the design, manufacture, delivery of a Heat Recovery Boiler. The heat energy results from fluidised bed combustion of agricultural residues. The design takes into account the issues surrounding high alkali fuels and subsequent fouling deposition.
