Plant Operation and Maintenance set ups/guidance

The team at Stewart Thermal Ltd has its roots in the operation and maintenance of electricity power plants. We have many years experience of both conventional fossil fuel power stations and over the last 15 years, biomass fired power stations.

We have engineers who specialise in plant modernisations, commissioning and EPC transgression corrections to enable our clients to reach the 'Bottom Line' phase of operation as soon as possible.

In order to achieve 'Bottom Line Operations' a project requires:

• EPC phase 'transgressions' to be minimised.
• O+M team involvement during construction.
• Recruitment of suitable skilled and experienced staff.
• Sequential progress through O+M development phases - START UP - TOP LINE - BOTTOM LINE - MATURITY
• Ownership by the O+M team at an early stage.

Stewart Thermal has first hand experience of the navigation through these transitional stages and is able to deliver optimum plant performance at the earliest opportunity.
